My goal is to bring market linkages to all the 23,000 groups of community forest users in Nepal (CFUG) practicing NTFP and convert them into a successful CBNEs at the national level prioritizing, women, Indigenous People, and other vulnerable people reliant on the forests. We are working on a climate adapted ecosystem services model of cultivating medicinal herbs and aromatic plants in the degraded forest lands to scale, whilst partnering strategically with the co-impact supply chain models of established brands. Our NTFP products of wildcrafted forest honey, chiuri butter, soapnuts and cultivation of sacha inchi and bamboo will provide opportunities for covid19 returnee youths providing resilience in the most difficult times.
