Dazzle is currently the Programme Officer working on the Tenure Rights and Governance thematic area of NTFP-EP and is also facilitating the Civil Society Organization’s Forum. He is a licensed and registered Environmental Planner in the Philippines with over 10 years of experience working with the environment development sector on themes such as climate change adaptation and mitigation, civil society engagement, land use planning, mangrove rehabilitation and conservation, community-based forest management, and social forestry. He took up his BS in Human Ecology major in Human Settlements Planning and Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of the Philippines.
