Chay Senkhammoungkhoun is FLOURISH project coordinator at (Forest Landscape Restoration for Improved livelihood and Climate Resiliences at RECOFTC -Lao PDR. He joined RECOFTC in 2014 where he leads initiatives the project on timber plantation management, community and private sector engagement and Village Forestry Management activities. He coordinates and works closely with local governments, local communities and local wood processing companies and facilitates partnership between through local community-private sector in RECOFTC’s landscapes in Lao PDR partnerships. Chay has 7 years’ working experience on village forestry development and private sector engagement in the northern provinces in Lao PDR.
