Mrs Vu Le Y Voan has 30 years to work with Viet Nam Farmers’ Union ( VNFU), is former Vice Director of VNFU’s International Cooperation Department.
Since 2014, she has been working for the forest and Farm Facility ( FFF) in Viet Nam and presently, is senior advisor of FFF.
She has knowledge on: Working closely with farmers’ organizations for enhancing their livelihoods and capacity building; trainings in various subjects for them on sustainable forest and agriculture development and organic farming.
She works systematically in policy advocacy, mobilizing Governmental agencies , local authorities, closely collaborating with multi-stakeholders, research institutions, private sector, international organizations, NGOs and local communities.
