Norlita B. Colili comes from the Pala'wan Indigenous Peoples group, currently working at NTFP-EP Philippines in Palawan as Enterprise Development Officer and as Area Coordinator.
As an EDO, she is directly working with Pala'wan Indigenous Peoples in Brooke's Point and in Rizal, Palawan, the Philippines on coaching and mentoring community-based ntfp enterprises (CBNEs) on almaciga (resin of Agathis philippinensis). She was also part of the team from NTFP-EP Philippines (then NTFP-Task Force) and Nagkakaisang mga Tribu ng Palawan (NATRIPAL) that conducted the Value Chain Study on Palawan Almaciga Resin in 2012 to 2013 led by Dr. Ramon A. Razal.
