Senior Scientist and Regional Coordinator, Southeast Asia Program of the World Agroforestry (ICRAF). Trained in natural resources management, Delia has over 20 years research experience on the technical, social and policy dimensions of agroforestry and integrated natural resources management, in Asia and Africa. She was the lead author of the ASEAN Guidelines on Agroforestry Development, and a recipient of the highest commemorative medal for her contribution to the cause of agriculture and rural development in Vietnam. Delia is also senior fellow of the Global Evergreening Alliance and founding Board of the International Union of Agroforestry. Delia obtained a doctoral degree in Natural & Rural Systems Management from the University of Queensland, Australia, and was a post-doc fellow on Sustainability Science at Harvard University’s Center for International Development.
